PLANTAGINACEAE Juss. (GLOBULARIACEAE DC.)

Large family of which numerous revisions have been written in recent decades. Currently there is a tendency to include 120 genera and about 1,614 species. In North Africa it is represented by the genus Globularia, of Mediterranean distribution.
